We have had Joseph for almost 24 hours now and he is doing great. He is smiling, laughing, eating like a horse, he slept through the night, he enjoyed his bath, he is happy whether walking or being carried, and he has readily consumed anything we have offered him (including seaweed, fruit, bok-choy, eggs, oatmeal, whatever) - what is the deal with this kid???? We may hit some sort of wall but so far things have been incredibly smooth. Who knows what he is thinking and of course we cannot speak his language but, nonetheless, we are off and running. Thanks to everyone for your prayer and support. We are enjoying our time together here but will also be ready to get him home and share him with all of you and get him further settled.
